Sick potatoes…help :)

Hi,
my early potatoes, main of them, they are showing signs of desease. The leaves have brown spots and they become yellow, then they make all the plant weak. One plant of potatoes looks really bad, it is like dead, all the plant is brown. Can it be the so called "blight desease"? What do you advise me to do? I read that I can cut off all leaves and stems and then take off the potatoes from the earth... I wait your suggestions..

The earth is looking really dry. Maybe that's the problem?
Perhaps the earth needs some kind of nourishment?

Some kind of Nitrogene- I'll guess. If the earth is bad- the crops will fail. You can't beat the nature- but you can work around it.
