Tree for South facing wall?

Hej,

Jeg vil lige høre om nogen har nogle god ideer til et træ på vent væg?

Sorry my written Danish isn’t great!

I am from originally from the UK and finished building a new terrace last year and would like to grow a small opstammet tree in a small bed next to my house. I was thinking of a eucalyptus or maybe an olive tree and I have also thought about an espalier maybe a peach or pear?

I am a little worried about the bed drying out in the summer as the terrace is porcelain which could mean the bed is quite dry.

I was also thinking of planting a box hedge as a boarder for the bed but would love to hear some thoughts from professionals out there?
